Contracting, Under The Type Of Concession, Of The Provision Of The Services Of Exploitation And Revitalization Of The Bar Of The Sports Area Of The Municipal Football Field Of Les Roquetes..Contracting Promoted By The City Council Of Sant Pere De Ribes For The Provision Of The Services Of Operation And Revitalization Of The Bar Of The Sports Area Of The Municipal Football Field Of Les Roquetes, Under The Type Of Concession, And In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In The Particular Technical Prescriptions, In Which The Employer Will Exploit The Service By Assuming The Transfer Of The Operational Risk, In Accordance With The Operational Risk Of The Operational Risk, 9/2017, Of November 8, Of Public Sector Contracts (Hereinafter, Lcsp). Its Main Objectives Are:- Provide The Bar Service During The Training And Competitions Of The Football Field And The Sports Area Of The Environment. - Expand The Bar Service During Schedules Where There Are No Training And Competitions And Sports Facilities Are Not Operational.- Activities That Will Energize And Allow A Better Use Of The Environment Of The Municipal Sports Area- Maintain In Perfect Condition, Cleaning And Conservation The Facilities Of The Bar- Adapt The Service To The Real Needs, Optimizing And Redistributing The Available Resources. They Will Be Established In The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp), In The Specifications Of Private Administrative Clauses (Pcap), Plus The Improvements That The Adjudicator Can Offer In His Proposal, Always In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Contract And With The Regulations Of Application. The Pptp Also Indicates The Facilities Included Initially In The Object Of The Contract, The Inventory Of The Furniture Provided By The City Council, And The Assets That The Concessionaire Will Have To Provide.
