Tenders are invited for Procurement for the Supply and Installation of Network Monitoring Tool Closing Date: 29th July, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢200.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: 1. The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the underlisted goods and services. LOT 1 Description: Supply and installation of of network monitoring tools. Time of Tender Submission: 10:00am Additional Information: 2. The NPA now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers and Service Providers for the supply of the above-mentioned. 3. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Department and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., each working day. 5. A complete set of the Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) for each set. 6. Interested Tenderers must send a request for an invoice and account details to tenders@npa.gov.gh, indicating their full contact details (company name, contact person, telephone, and email address) and the description and package number of the required Tender Document. 7. Subsequently, Tenderers will receive an official invoice from the Authority and may proceed to any Ecobank Branch to effect payment, using the invoice number as reference. 8. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, a copy of the Tender Document will be sent to Tenderer via email upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Alternatively, hard copies of the Tender Document will be provided upon request. 9. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days after the deadline for tender submission. 10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form specified in the Tender Document. 11. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below at or before the time and date indicated in the table above. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. 12. A pretender submission meeting will be held for all potential tenderers on Monday 21st July, 2025 at 11:00am. 13. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the address below as stated in the Tender Document. 14. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements. i. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificate; ii. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate; iii. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate; iv. Business Registration Certificate (if applicable); v. Certificate of Incorporation; and vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
