Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Eye Screening and Eye Glasses in Argungu (Constituency Project). COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained from Head of Procurement office of the organisation upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 only. Payment should be made through Federal Medical Centre Birnin Kebbis Remita Platform. Ensure you obtain evidence of such payment which will be presented on collection of Tender Documents obtain between hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays. Tender Documents are available both Hardcopy and Softcopy. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, P.M.B 1126 Muhammad Iliyasu Bashar Road, Birnin Kebbi, and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box Office of the Chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, On or before 12:00noon Monday 18th August, 2025.
