Tender closing date: 11 August 2025 at 15:00 Brussels time EUROCONTROL wishes to select a supplier for the provision of support to its FEAST activities at the Agencys headquarters in Brussels. Within the Network Management Directorate, the Aviation Learning Centre (ALC) delivers unique high-quality training courses, tools and services in air traffic management (ATM) to various actors in the aviation community. One of these tools is FEAST: the First European Air Traffic Controller Selection Test used by 55 organisations to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities of applicants for Air Traffic Control (ATC) training. Technical subject matter: FEAST is a professional set of online tools used for the recruitment and selection of trainee Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) candidates. Being specifically designed for ATC selection, FEAST improves the quality of decisions made by ATC recruiters. FEAST is run and managed as a service by EUROCONTROL. The online testing system is supplied to accredited Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and ATC training organisations (known as FEAST Users). FEAST Users will use the tool locally as part of their recruitement process to select the most suitable candidates. More than 180.000 candidates have completed the FEAST selection tests since the start of the FEAST Service.
