The Board Of Education Of School District No. 38 (Richmond)Intends To Acquire Security Services To Support Scheduled Events Such As Halloween, Grad Pranks, Emergency Situations, And Other Unplanned Incidents. These Services May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Building Fire Watches And On-Site Assistance From Personnel Certified In Intermediate/Level Ii First Aid.Each Year, Particularly In The Lead-Up To And During Halloween, School Districts Across The Province Have Experienced Incidents Involving Fire, Vandalism, Graffiti, Theft, And Other Forms Of Nuisance Activity Affecting School Buildings And Property. The District Seeks To Proactively Mitigate These Risks Through The Deployment Of Qualified Security Personnel.
