Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order.1) The Purchaser Does Not Provide For Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Regarding The Social, Economic, Environmental Aspects Related To Innovation, Employment Or Maintaining The Confidential Nature Of The Information Provided In The Course Of The Contract; 2) The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For A Clause Reserved Within The Meaning Of Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law; 3) Due To The Type Of Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Employ An Employment Contract Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Pzp.7 Act.
