1. The Location Of The Investment Of The Processes Included In The Scope Of This Pfu Will Be Implemented At The Primary School In Gruta, On Plot Number 48/3 Within Gruta2. The General Scope Of The Ordering Order Includes Comprehensive Design And Executive Works Related To The Modernization Of A Permanent Boiler Room Located In Gruta. The Implementation Of The Investment Aims To Exchange Outdated Boilers With Modern, Automatic Pellets Boilers, Meeting Current Standards Of Energy Efficiency And Exhaust Emissions. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Following Tasks: 1) Developing Construction Documentation For The Reconstruction (Modernization) Of The Boiler Room, Taking Into Account The Required Technological Solutions And Applicable Regulations Technical And Construction.2) Disassembly Of Existing Heating Devices, I.E. Two Permanent Boilers For Heating (Co. Pneumatic Burner Cleaning System; D) Control Automation Development Enabling The Independent And Optimal Operation Of Each Of The Boilers; E) Delivery And Installation Of Pellets With A Capacity Of At Least 1000 Dm³, Adapted To The Needs Of The Designed System; F) Installation Of Necessary Hydraulic Elements, Including Circulating Pumps And A Hydraulic Clutch, Separating The New Boiler System From The Existing System Receiving; G) Disassembly Of The Existing Flue And Making New Connections To The Exhaust Gas Drainage System; H) Connecting Boilers To The Safety System, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law And Technical Provisions; I) Making A New Heating Installation From Boilers To Distributors, J) Performing Thermal Insulation For Newly Mounted Pipelines To Ensure Proper Heat Transfer Efficiency, Water 500L, L) Execution Of The Exhaust Gas Drainage System From Boilers, M) Launching The Entire Heating System Together With Conducting Users Training In The Field Of Operation And Operation Of The New Boiler Installation. N) Making Holes In The External Wall, Which Results From The Dimensions Of Newly Designed Boilers And The Need To Provide Assembly Access; The Warranty Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers In The Proceedings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Them Before Submitting The Offer At The Design Stage. As Part Of The Preparation For The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conduct A Local Vision, 2) Perform An Inventory Of The Existing Technical Condition, 3) Developing Their Own Design Solutions Based On The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Applicable Regulations. All Design Assumptions Must Be Consulted And Agreed With The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. Note: The Contracting Authority Requires The Performance Of A Local Vision Before The Date Of Submitting The Offer For The Implementation Of The Contract-Documented By The Ordering Party.
