Tenders are invited for Management Service for the Closing Event of Masarouna Project Masarouna Closing Conference The purpose of the required services The main objective of this procurement process is to contract an event management service to organize the event, where the services will include designing and equipping the corners and preparing the hall with all required services, including (lighting system, screening system, sound system, live broadcasting, screening materials and documenting the event) in addition to the lounge and lunch. In addition to incorporating and collecting / editing pre-recorded videos from Gaza, to be screened at the event. Financial proposal instructions: The Financial proposal should contain the following information: 1. Budget breakdown; prices should be valid for 120 days from date of submission. 2. The submitted offers should be in Euro Not including VAT. The tendered should be able to issue an official Vat Exemption invoice in addition to valid deduction at source certificate or will deduct a percentage from the final payment (according to Palestinian Taxation department & laws. 3.
