1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Nursery In Józefowo Located On Plot No. 9-282/1, Precinct Józefowo, Włocławek Commune A4.2.1. Pn. Support For Co-Financing Programs For Childcare Places 0-3 Years (Nurseries, Childrens Clubs) As Part Of The Toddler+ Indicator-(A61g) Creating New Places In Care Facilities (Nurseries, Childrens Clubs) For Children Up To 3 Years Old. 1.2. The Task Is A Construction Work Regarding The Construction Of A Nursery Building With Land Development And The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Equipment Supply. 1.3. The Contract Includes: 1) Preparing The Area For Construction; 2) Construction Of A Public Building With A Nursery Function Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Internal Installations), Including :-- Floor Heating;- Air-Air Heat Pump Installation;- Installation Of Solar Installation;- Building A Sealed Septic Tank; Energy; 3) Land Development Around The Building - Construction Of Pedestrian And Driving Routes, Execution Of 7 Parking Stations, Including 2 Parking Stations For Disabled People, Planting Shrubs And Performing Lawns, As Well As Assembly Of Fences; 4) The Implementation And Equipment Of The Playground For Children; 5) Equipment For The Purposes Of The Nursery. New: The Contracting Authority Informs That The Scope Of The Proceedings In Question Does Not Include The Execution Of The Electric Vehicle Charging Station, Which Was Included In The Project Documentation And In The Pre -City Of Electrical Works In Section 1.12 (Item No. 152 - 161) - I.E. Does Not Include The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer In The Price Of The Offer Offer. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Technologies And Scope Of Works, Were Specified In The Project And Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz And In The Proposed Contractual Provisions (Annex 6 To Swz-Planned Contractual Provisions). In The Case Of Differences Occurring In The Quantities Of Individual Preferably Items, The Price Of The Offer Should Include Those Resulting From The Project And Technical Documentation. The Following Explains That At The Stage Of Submission Of Offers Does Not Require Contractors Other Documents Other Than Those Documents That Were Indicated By The Contracting Authority Indicated In Chapter V, Point 1 Swz And Respectively In The Contract Notice.
