The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Insurance (Civil Liability) For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For The Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance Continuity, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Civil Liability) Covering A Total Of The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Late Payment In The Amount Specified In The Contract.
