Kupiecka 32 In Warsaw (Formula Design And Build) As Part Of The Project Entitled National Cloud Infrastructure Plgrid For Eosc-Plgrid Icon, Contract Number Kpod 01.18-Iw.03-0006/24. The Project Is Co -Financed From The Eu Under The Development Plan, The Investment: A2.4.1 Investments In The Development Of The Research Potential Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increased Immunity. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Principle Of Non -Management Of Significant Damage To The Environment (Dnsh - To No Significant Har ). Considering The Above, The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Comply With The Dnsh Principle, Resulting From The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) 2020/852 Of 18 June 2020. On The Establishment Of A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investments, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (Journal Of Laws Of Eu L 198 Of 22.6.2020, P. 13). According To This Principle, It Is Required From The Contractor To Ensure That The Technical And Construction Documentation And The Implementation Of The Works Are Consistent With The Dnsh Principle, In Particular That Activities To Maximize The Indicator (By Weight) Of Construction And Demolition Waste And Demolition Waste Other Than Dangerous Ones Generated At The Construction Site, Possible For Re-Use, Recycling And Other Recovery Of Materials, Including Local Possibilities In This Respect, As Well The Type And Nature Of A Given Project And That Technologies, Materials And Devices Are Properly Selected To Maintain The Dnsh Principle And To Monitor And Document The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle And To Present For Each Call Of The Contracting Authority The Collected Documentation (E.G. Internal Instructions, Decisions, Reports, Photography, Certificates/Statements, Etc.) Confirming The Application Of The Dnsh Principle During The Preparation And Implementation Of The Project.
