The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct The Course Operator Of Forklifts With Udt Qualifications For 25 Students Studying In The Stanisław Mastalerz School Complex In Katowice, As Part Of The Project Modern Vocational Education As An Opportunity For A Better Start Number Of Training Participants: 25 Students (1 Training Group). Time Of Training: 35 Hours (1 Hours Of Lesson = 45 Minutes) 1) Lesson Hours Of Students Participating In The Training, From Monday To Friday. From Monday To Friday. Training Hours Cannot Interfere With The Students Class Plan. It Is Allowed To Conduct Training Also On Saturdays. 2) The Final Dates Of Training/The Final Training Schedule Will Be Set After Signing The Contract. The Implementation Of The Training: 1) The Training Should Be Carried Out In A Stationary Form Outside The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Theoretical Part, Practical And Exam Part, 2) The Training Should Be Carried Out In The Location Allowing Easily Travel - Up To 35 Km From The Headquarters - Up To 35 Km From The Headquarters Ordering Party, 3) The Contractor For The Duration Of The Training Undertakes To Provide Participants With Appropriate Housing And Social Conditions For The Correct Course Of Training And Exam, 4) During The Classes, The Appropriate, Compliant Health And Health Hygiene Conditions, 5) In Practical Classes, The Training Participant Should Be Provided, In Practical Classes, The Training Participant Should Have Materials And Appropriate And Efficient Equipment That Meets Safety Requirements In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect Law, 2.3.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Conducting Classes In The Field Of Udt Forklift Operator; 2. The Remuneration Of Trainers Conducting Training; 3. Costs Of Traveling Trainers To The Place Of Training; 4. Insurance Of The Course Participants; 5. Medical Examinations For Course Participants; 6. The Cost Of The State Examination By Udt; 7. The Cost Of Issuing A Certificate Confirming The Participants In The Training; 8 Training Materials In The Number Corresponding To The Number Of Participants;
