Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Five 3-Day Full-Time Trainings Entitled Working With People Involved In Domestic Violence
The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Five-Day Full-Time Training Working With People Entangled In Domestic Violence, I.E. Providing A Coach, Room, Food And Overnight Training Participants In The City Of Białystok. Training: The Purpose Of The Training Is To Improve The Competence And Expand The Knowledge Of People Performing Tasks In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence, In Particular In The Scope Of Working With People Entangled In Domestic Violence. Training Organizational Units Of Social Assistance Operating In The Podlasie Voivodeship (Pcpr Employees Carrying Out Tasks Related To Counteracting Domestic Violence, Members Of Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Helping Groups). It Is Assumed That Each Of The Training Will Be Attended By An Average Of 20 People, A Total Of 100 People. The Training Should Be Conducted In An Active Form, Enabling The Exchange Of Experiences Between Participants And The Trainer And Taking Into Account The Answers To Emerging Questions. The Recruitment Of Participants Will Be Conducted By The Employer. Themed Training Of Training: The Contractor Will Carry Out The Training In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Guidelines Of The Minister Competent For Social Security Of October 30, 2023 To Conduct Training In Counteracting Domestic Violence, Including Compulsory Training For Members Of The Interdisciplinary Team And Diagnostic And Helping Groups: Each 3-Day Training Should Consist Of The Following Thematic Blocks: I. Prevention Of Domestic Violence, Principles Of Conducting Activities Preceding The Occurrence Of The Phenomenon Of Domestic Violence. The Phenomenon Of Domestic Violence And The Psychological Situation Of People Experiencing This Violence, The Behavior Of People Using Domestic Violence And The Possibility Of Help. Iii. Stages Of Work With People Experienced Domestic Violence And Using Domestic Violence.Iv. Violence Against The Child. Home Violence Against The Elderly And The Disabled. Cooperation In Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Helping Groups. Vii. Legal Aspects Of Counteracting Domestic Violence. Place Of Implementation Of The Service: Training Will Be Implemented In The Podlasie Voivodship, Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Białystok. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract Were Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), The Remaining Terms Of The Contract Were Included In Annex 7 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
