Not Used Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of The Correct Work Necessary To Conduct The Test Of The Correct Work, From The Official Distribution Channels Of The Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Guarantee Rights Of Equipment In The Scope Specified In The Scope No. 1.1 Its Transport, Bringing, Setting In The Place Indicated By The Employer In Primary Schools And Pre -School Education Centers In The Lubartów Commune (In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), B) Providing Together With The Order Required To Operate The Instructions In Polish (If Concerned), C) Providing Technical Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Contract, D) Providing With The Order Of The Documents Of Warranty Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All The Cables, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For Proper Operation Of They Meet The Norms Required By Law And Are Allowed To Use On The Polish Market. 4.4.
