The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Software License As Well As Service And Technical Support For The Hr And Payroll System In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 2. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Providing Equivalent Products As Described In Annex 1A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Use Of An Equivalent Solution May Not Require Any Expenditure On The Contracting Authority To Adapt The Infrastructure Currently Held By The Employer, Or In The Physical Layer Or In The Software Layer. 4. In The Event That The Equivalent Software Offered By The Contractor Will Not Work Correctly With The Employers Software Or Equipment Or Causes Disruption In The Functioning Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Shall Take All Necessary Actions At His Own Expense To Restore The Efficient Operation Of The Infrastructure, Including The Necessary Modifications After Uninstalling The Software.
