Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Multifunctional Building - Stage I (Auditorium)

The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance In An Existing Building In A Standing Building-Closed: A) Electrical Installation, B) Sanitary Installations, Including: Water And Sewage Installations, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, C) Accompanying Works (Including Plasters And Floors). The Contractor Will Ensure The Implementation Of Works Under The Supervision Of A Construction Manager With Building Qualifications Of The Appropriate Specialty. The Organization Of The Construction Facilities And Its Liquidation, Including The Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization (If Required) And The Order Of Industry Supervisors Lies In The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Protect The Construction Site And Interests Of Third Parties, Ensure The Safety Conditions Related To Construction And Proper Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Ensuring The Protection Of Property Located At The Construction Site, In Particular In Terms Of Fire. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect, Organize And Maintain The Area After Completing The Work, Bearing All Liability For Any Damage To The Ordering Party Or Entities And Third Parties For Works And Their Organization And Securing The Area. The Contractor Is Liable On General Principles For Damages Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, In Particular For The Loss Of Material Goods, Body Damage Or Death Of Persons, And Is Responsible For Selected Methods Of Activities And Security In The Field Of Work. The Contractor Bears Total Liability To Third Parties For Damages And Other Events Arising In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Unless The Contracting Authority Or A Third Party Is Responsible For The Damage Or A Third Party For Which The Employer Is Liable. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate In The Construction Councils Organized By The Employer. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Transfer The Work Schedule To The Employer. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Works With A Complex Schedule, The Contractor Will Send A Weekly Report To The Employer After The Completed Week. The Report Should Be Sent Electronically To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, No Later Than Monday Following The Week Of Which The Report Relates. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Eliminate The Construction Site At His Own Expense To Bring The Area To The Proper State (Full Order) Along With The Ordering Of The Adjacent Areas According To The Area. Excess Land From Excavations Should Be Developed And Taken From The Construction Site To The Waste Landfill. The Contractor Will Ensure The Constant Availability Of The Work Manager In The Field Of Telephone Contact And Electronically (E-Mail). Due To The Specificity And The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Be Completed By A Local Vision At The Place Of Implemen
