Tenders Are Invited For Execution Of The Early Fire Detection System And A Permanent Gas Fire Extinguishing System In Four Rooms With Electric Switchgears For Multimedia At A Permanent Exhibition

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of An Early Fire Detection System And A Permanent Gas Fire Extinguishing System In Four Rooms With Electrical Switchgears For Multimedia At A Permanent Exhibition. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Permanent Gas Fire Extinguishing Equipment And Early Fire Detection Systems For Selected (Four) Separate Rooms In The Building Of The Museum Of Polish Jewish History In Warsaw Based On Contractual Documentation. Provided By The Ordering Party (Annex 1 To Swz). The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Purchase And Delivery Of All Necessary Devices, Components, Operational And Assembly Parts As Well As Configuration (Control) Files To The Building And Uploading Them To Devices, Carrying Out Assembly And Other Adaptation Works, Integration Of Newly Made Devices With Existing Equipment In The Building. In This Sap Headquarters, Performing Test Tests For Each Device Made As Well As Trials And Tests Confirming The Correctness Of Their Operation, Confirmed By The Protocol, Providing The Ordering By The Ordering As -Built Documentation, Containing, Among Others Agreed As-Built Projects, Technical And Movement Documentation And Other Related To The Operation Of The Supplied Devices, Copies Of Configuration Files, Responsible For Controlling The Installed Devices And Serving The Integration Of New Devices With Other Fire Protection Devices. In A Building In The Range That Is Required To Ensure Their Proper Operation, Operation And Effectiveness As A Fire Protection Device. After Launching All Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Train No Later Than Within 7 Days. The Ordering Party, No Later Than 7 Days After The Review. 2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct The Work In A Manner Minimizing The Factors Disrupting The Work Of The Ordering Party. 3) The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Inspection Of The Rooms To Which The Subject Of The Order Relates, As Well As Other Rooms Or Parts Of The Building Related To Them Functionally Or Relevant To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4) The Contractor Will Conduct Arrangements And Working Consultations With Representatives Of The Ordering Party At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, In Particular In The Scope Of The Schedule And Planned For The Performance Of Current Works, Including Taking Into Account The Deadline For Performing Works Related To The Preparation Of Rooms For The Assembly Of New Devices, Equipment Delivery, Works Requiring Temporary Deactivation Or Limiting The Operation Of Existing Pozda Security. And Others Related To Safety At The Facility.
