Investment Entitled Reconstruction, Superstructure And Extension Of The Existing Rural Common Room In Głodowo, Pułtusk Commune Will Consist In The Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Village Common Room Together With The Tso Guard, A Building Located In Głodowo, Commune Pułtusk, On Plot No. 144 Precinct No. 4 Głodowo. Investment Implemented As Part Of The Program For Supporting The Tasks Important For The Even Development Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Specified In The Project Documentation Of The Task, Including In Particular: Reconstruction Of The Existing Building, Implementation Of The Sanitary Sewage System Installation, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Of The Task. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Decision Of The Staroste Of Pułtuski No. 276/2018 Of 3 August 2018 With Building Permit, As Well As A Replacement Decision No. 93/2021 2021 And By Replacement Decision No. 168/2025 Of 10 June 2025, And Other Decisions, Guidelines And Conditions Related To The Implemented Undertaking As Well As In Consultation With The President Of The Osp Unit Głodowo In A Manner Enabling The Uninterrupted Functioning Of The Unit. Osp Głodowo Operates In The National Rescue And Firefighting System (Ksrg). The Recipient Covered By The Order Is Functionally Divided Into Part Of The Tso Watchtower, Part Of The Rural Common Room And Technical Parts- Boiler Room With Fuel Magazine And Utility Rooms As The Back Room Of The Common Room. The Common Room Will Be Used As A Meeting Place For Local Population, A Cultural Center, Day Care Rooms. The Tso Watchtower Will Gain New Rooms That Will Allow The Unit To Develop The Current Capabilities. Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Existing Building Are Planned. The Load -Bearing Structure Of The Roof Over The Existing And Designed Part Of The Building Will Be Prefabricated Wooden Trusses. The Existing Walls Will Be Supplemented With Drawings And Wreaths, Thus Providing One -Ordinance For The Main Level Of The Bunch Of Support (According To The Drawings Of The Executive Design And Drawings Of The Design Design Design).
