Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Municipal Economy Department Czarna Dąbrówka In The Form Of Operational Leasing

1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery In The Form Of Factory Leasing Of A New Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Municipal Gospodarian Department Czarna Dąbrówka. 2) The Order Will Be Financed From The Contracting Authoritys Own Resources. 3) The Subject Of The Lease Is A Factory New Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Municipal Gospodarki Dąbrówka Municipal Economy. The Ordering Party And Not Having Any Parameter Gives Grounds For The Contracting Authority To Reject The Offer. 5) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Lease Is Brand New, Free From Physical Defects, Including Faults And Damage, And Free From Any Legal Defects And Burdens For Third Parties. 6) A Backhoe Loader Transferred To The Ordering Party Must A) Meet The Technical Requirements Necessary To Allow Traffic By The Competent Administration Body In Poland (With A Set Of Documents Confirming These Requirements); B) Have A Warranty For A Period Of Min. 24 Months Calculated From The Date Of Signing By The Employers Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Lease Without Reservations (The Period For Which The Guarantee Will Be Granted By The Contractor Is Subject To The Assessment Of Offers In The Criterion Warranty Period). The Contracting Authoritys Rights Regarding The Warranty Do Not Exclude The Possibility For The Ordering Party To Exercise By The Ordering Entitlements. The Warranty Period May Not Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period. Leasing Will Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority At The Cost Of The Contractor To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Czarna Dąbrówka At Ul. 1 Month From The Date Of The Contract. The Last Installment May Be Equalizing And Slightly Differ From The Other Pay Installments; B) The Initial Fee Is: 0%; C) Final Fee (Fee For Purchase): 1% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Lease + Vat; D) Variable Interest Rate (The Basis For Changing The Interest Rate Is Only The Wibor 1M Rate, The Margin During The Contract Remains) E) Paid Together With The Last Leasing Installment, Provided That All Amounts Due From The Leasing Agreement F) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Pay The Leasing Installments Prior And Early Redemption Of The Subject Of The Lease, Provided That The Applicable Tax Regulations In This Respect Are Maintained In This Respect. Etc.) 10) The Order Does Not Include Backhoe And Load-Bearing Insurance (Oc, Ac, Nnw), Which The Contracting Authority Will Carry Out On Its Own And At His Own Expense.
