Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment To Primary Schools As Part Of The Task Entitled The Brusy Commune Focuses On Education

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment To The Following Schools: 1) Primary School No. 1 John Paul Ii In Brusy, 2) Primary School No. 2 In Brusy, 3) Primary School Bl. Father Józef Jankowski In Czyczków, 4) Primary School Father Canon Bolesław Śledzia In Kosobudy, 5) Primary School Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński In Leśno, 6) Primary School Secret Military Organization Gryf Pomorski In Lubnia7) Primary School In Męcikale, 8) Primary School Stanisław Sikorski In Wielkie Chełmach, 9) Primary School In Zalesuzwany (Plo) As Part Of The Task Entitled The Brusy Commune Focuses On Education Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds Program For Pomerania 2021-2027 Together With All The Costs That The Contractor Will Be Borne By The Due Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular With The Costs Of: Loading, Delivery, Unloading, Assembly, Packing Equipment And Checking Its Functionality (First Start), Quality Guarantee For The Goods Provided (Together With Delivery Of The Contractor Will Submit Warranty Cards). 2. Orders Include The Following Parts: 1) Part I Covering The Purchase Along With The Delivery And Assembly Of The Studio; 3. A Detailed Description, Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1A To Swz.4. As Part Of The Offer Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes: 1) To Sell And Provide And Install (If The Manner Requires Installation); 2) Train Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Service Of Supplied Devices. 5. All Devices And Equipment Are To Be Brand New And Have Certificates And Necessary Documents Required By Regulations Enabling Safe Work And Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Brand New Operating System Unused And Never Activated Before On Another Device And From A Legal Sales Source. 6. The Employer Informs That Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: Types And Symbols Of Materials Or Devices And Any Names Of Their Manufacturers Have Been Determined To Specify The Parameters And Technical And Use Conditions Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Specified By The Employer. In The Case Of Using Other Than Given Solutions, Providing The Equivalence Of The Proposed Solutions Rests With The Contractor. Failure To Provide Equivalent Materials Or Devices Will Be Treated As A Declaration Of Delivery Of Materials And Devices Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. (Attach The Document/Documents Confirming That The Equivalent Offer Meets The Requested Parameters). 7. The Contractor Will Perform And Prepare And Submit In The Form Of Permanently Fastened All Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, And Especially: 1) Instructions (In Polish) Of The Use Of Installed Devices, 2) Warranty Documents Together With The Conditi
