Mickiewicza 43/47 - Participants Of The Project Entitled Development Of Daily Forms Of Care Services Provided In The Local Community In The Otwock Poviat, Co-Financed From The European Social Fund Plus Under Priority Viii European Funds For Active Integration And Development Of Social And Health Services In Mazovia, Measure 8.5 Social And Health Services Of The European Funds Program For Mazovia 2021-2027. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Provide Individual Specialist Support In The Form Of Specialists, In Accordance With The Diagnosed Needs Of Ddp Participants, I.E. Nurses/Nurse, Psychologist, Podologist And Dietitian.
