The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Project Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower At Podrzeczna Street In Skierniewice Together With The Authors Supervision. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor: A) The Concept Of Land Development, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In Pfu - Annex 4 To This Swz.B) Will Perform A Complete, Comprehensive, Multi -Branch Design Documentation On The Basis Of The Concept Adopted By The Employer, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In Pfu - Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Allows Changes To The Adopted Concept, Resulting During The Design Work And Provided That They Accept Them By The Contracting Authority.C) Will Perform All Necessary Inventories For The Implementation Of The Investment Task (Investment), Assessment Of The Technical Condition, Geotechnical Research Of Land And Provide Their Results, Determine The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Construction Facilities, As Well As Performed Expert The Rights Are Necessary To Perform Complete And Comprehensive Design Documentation, And Will Also Allow The Employer To Carry Out The Investment Task. Arrangements, Consents, Permits, Notifications Of Construction Works, Administrative Decisions, Permits Of Real Estate, I) Will Divide The Design Documentation Into Separate Studies In Order To Obtain Administrative Decisions, Allowing For The Implementation Of Construction Works, In The Relevant State And Local Government Administration Bodies, According To Their Competence, J) The Award Of A Public Procurement For Construction Works, Within 3 Days Of Calling By The Ordering Party, With The Provision Of Explanations By E -Mail.
