I. 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collecting Impurities, 2) Emptying Garbage Bins, 3) Cleaning Of The Pavements, 4) Cleaning Of Weeds And Turf Of The Surface Of The Fields, Fitness Zones And Other Paved Surfaces Not A Coherent Pedestrian, 5) Maintenance Of Greenery, 6) Removal Of Plant Hypertrophy (Among Others. Fences, Footballs And Play Equipment, 7) Leveling The Substrates From Loose Materials Around And Under Devices, Liquidation Of Molehirts, 8) Washing Of Play Equipment, Benches And Information Boards, 9) Removal Of Subtitles, Graffiti, Advertisements, Advertising And Stickers From Play Equipment, Trees, Fences, Lanterns, Information Boards And Other Small Equipment Architecture, 10) Maintenance Of Artificial Grass Surface (Brushing), 11) Washing Synthetic Surface. 2. Option Law. The Employer Provides Under The Law To Increase The Scope Of The Order To 30% Of The Basic Scope, In The Following Terms: 1) The Use Of The Indicated Option May Take Place Within The Date Of The Contract And Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Unit Prices Given In The Offer And The Rules Arising From The Contract, Provided That The Funds Have In The Budget. 2) The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option Will Take Place By Writing The Contractor In Writing To The Contracting Authority About The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option. 3) In The Event Of The Right Of The Option, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract For The Basic Order. 4) The Employer May Exercise The Right Of Options In Whole Or In Part. The Method Of Verification Of Employment, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Control And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 4.
