Bids Are Invited For Service Rental And Maintenance Of Defibrilators

These Bidding Bases Are Formulated To Establish The Regulation Of The Public Bidding Process Rent And Maintenance Of Defibrillators For The La Florida Hospital And They Regulate Among Other Aspects The Conditions That The Offers Must Meet, The Stages Of The Process Bidding, Its Form Of Evaluation And Adjudication, The Conditions Of The Contract And All The Necessary Aspects For The Correct Acquisition Process. It Should Be Noted That The Service Associated With This Acquisition Must Adjust To The Specifications Of These Bases The Provider May Not Offer Different Service To That Established In These Bidding Bases Or Accessories Or Extras Not Contemplated In The Technical Requirements. Any Extra Non -Required Will Not Be Considered In The Evaluation. However, Without Prejudice To The Above, Any Extra Offered, Not Required By Him Hospital, And That He Cannot Be Technically Or Economically Separated From The Service To Be Acquired, It Will Be Understood, Which Does Not Comply With What Is Requested And Will Give Cause To Be Declared Inadmissible The Offer. Nor Can The Supplier Present Two Alternative Services In The Same Offer, Unless You Do Separately In Main And Alternative Offers, All, According To Bases, Otherwise, The Offer Will Be Declared Inadmissible. So Also, If Simultaneous Offers Are Presented In A Process With Respect To The Same Service Or Item Tendered By Companies Belonging To The Same Business Group Or Related To Each Other, According To Provides Article 9 Of The Purchasing Law, The Hospital Will Consider For The Purposes Of The Evaluation Of The Tender Public Or Item Offered, Only The Most Convenient Offer Of The Respective Suppliers Of The Same Group Business Or Related To Each Other, According To The Evaluation Criteria Established In Bases.
