Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services at the National Cleft Care Centre (Nccc), Kath Closing Date: 29th July, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT THE NATIONAL CLEFT CARE CENTRE (NCCC), KATH Additional Information: The Hospital Management and Tender Committee intend to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the provision of Cleaning Services at National Cleft Care Centre, KATH in support of quality healthcare delivery to our clients. 1. Your Company/ Firm is hereby invited to participate in the tendering process by applying to the Director of Administration, KATH for a set of Tender Document at a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 for a document. 2. This invitation is open to Ghanaian Registered firms who have experience in Cleaning Services. The details of areas/locations earmarked for the services are indicated in the Tender Document. 3. The Cleaning Services Include: a. Cleaning Services at the National Cleft Care Centre, KATH 4. Tenderers are required to submit the following Mandatory Requirements: a. Business registration certificate (with receipt for renewal) b. The object clause authorising the firm to engage in cleaning services c. VAT Registration Certificate d. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to June, 2025) e. Valid SSNIT Contribution Certificate (valid up to June, 2025) f. Valid Labour Certificate g. Tender Security of 2% of the total tender price (Open cheque would not be accepted). h. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate (or evidence of registration) 5. Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the Procurement Unit, KATH from 8:00 am to 4:00pm before the purchase of the tender document. 6. Tenderers are to submit their tenders at the Office of the Director of Administration, KATH. 7. The closing date for submission of the tender is 29th July, 2025 at 10:00am prompt. Late tenders will be rejected. 8. Tender opening will follow immediately after the closing time of submission of tenders at 10:00am at the address below: ENT Conference Room Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital Kumasi 9. The contract would be governed by the Instruction to tenderers, General Conditions of Contract, and Special Conditions of Contract, Specification indicated and the Technical & Financial Proposals submitted by tenderers.
