The Talensi District Assembly in the Upper East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund(DACF)/ Internal Generated Fund (IGF) to cover eligible payments under Works and Goods contracts as stated on the table below: 2.
