Tenders are invited for Construction 0f 1 No. 6-Unit Classroom Block with 6-Seater Water Closet, Library, Staff Common Room, Office, And Computer Room for Fiaso Primary School Closing Date: 06th August, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢1000.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction 0f 1 No. 6-unit Classroom Block with 6-Seater Water Closet, Library, Staff Common Room, Office, and Computer Room for Fiaso Primary School Additional Information: The Techiman Municipal Assembly through the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund. In line with the Government priority programmes, Techiman Municipal Assembly wish to allocate part of its share of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) for the following projects: The Techiman Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers as per the requirements indicated in the Table above. 3. An eligible tenderer shall be required to provide the following VALID documents. a) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate b) Valid SSNIT Clearance certificate c) Valid Labour Certificate d) Valid Business Registration Certificate e) Valid Certificate of Incorporation f) Valid Certificate of Commencement g) Valid MWH Certificate h) Valid MRH Road Certificate (A1B1 and above) i) Valid registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA). j) Evidence of registration with the Assembly. 4. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2016 (Act 914) as amended of the Republic of Ghana. 5. Interested, eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Techiman Municipal Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT. 6. A complete set of tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH 1,000.00) from Wednesday, 16th July 2025 to Wednesday, 6th August 2025. 7. Sealed tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below or before 10.00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 6th August 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Tender opening. All tenders must be accompanied by tender security of an amount stated on the table above.
