Office and 2-No. W/C Water Closet Toilet Facilities Closing Date: 01st August, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1No. medical laboratory with 1no. office and 2-no. w/c water closet toilet facilities Additional Information: The Obuasi East Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund the eligible payment of the underlisted packages; . The Obuasi East Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the above- mentioned packages. Tender will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended. 2. A complete tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers form the Assembly Through the accounts officer to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana cedis (Gh1,000.00) for Lot 1 and 2 and Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh500.00) for lot 3 and 4. 3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Coordinating Director-Obuasi East District Assembly and tender documents shall be made available from 900am-500pm during working hours. 4. Tenderers as part of their tendering process shall submit the following required documents; I. Valid Certificate of Registration II. Valid tax Clearance Certificate III. PPA Registration certificate / Evidence of Registration. IV. Valid SSNIT certificate V. VAT Certificate (for goods only) VI. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (for works only) VII. Tender Security of 2% of the total tender price. 5.Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after deadline of tender submission. 6.Tender must be deposited in the Tender box at the Conference room of the Assembly on or before1030am, Friday, 1st August, 2025. Tenders will be opened in the presence of all the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend at 10:30am on Friday, 1st August, 2025. 2025 the CONFERENCE ROOM of the Assembly, Obuasi East Municipal Assembly.
