Tenders are invited for Construction of 1no. 3-Bedroom Doctors Bangalow Closing Date: 06th August, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1No. 3-Bedroom Doctors Bangalow Additional Information: 1. The Tano North Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the investment component of the Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to cover eligible payment under the Contract for the procurement of the following under listed projects. 2. The Tano North Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the execution of the above-mentioned projects. 3. Tendering would be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. 4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers at the address indicated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during normal working days. 5. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded. 1. Business Registration Certificate 2. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate 3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 4. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 or above) 5. Valid Labour Certificate 6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate 6. Tenders shall be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for a period of 120 days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission. 7. Completed Tender Document should be addressed to the address indicated below and deposited in a Tender Box located at the Conference Hall of the 1st Floor of the Tano North Municipal Assembly on or before 11.00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 6th August, 2025. Tenders would be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 6th August, 2025 at the Tano North Municipal Assembly Hall.
