The Commission Will Prepare Draft Version Of All Materials To Be Used In The Data Collection (Questionnaires, Discussion Guides, And Experimental Designs). The Contractor Shall Provide Suggestions For Improvement; Program The Surveys And Experiments In Their On-Line Survey Platform Of Choice; Recruit Participants, Assure Completion Of The Tasks By The Selected Sample Sizes Meeting Data Quality, Provide Digital Versions Of The Data; And Report On Data Characteristics Together With Lessons Learnt During The Process.
