This Tender Guide Contains Information About The Tender For Management And Supervision For 2 Projects Namely: - 11029 Transition Veldzicht - 15722 Replacement Fire Alarm System The Implementation Of The Projects Is Assigned To Bam From Bunnik And Are In A Different Stage Of Implementation. Management And Supervision Are Currently Being Carried Out By An External Consultancy. Because The Period Of Execution Has Ended And The Current Assignment May Not Be Extended, A New Assignment For Management And Supervision Is Being Tendered. Because The Implementation Planes Of The Projects Interlock And Are Carried Out By One Main Contractor, The Aforementioned Activities, Through This Tender, Are Also Placed With One Party. The Assignment Is Based On A Pre -Specified Maximum Number Of Hours Of 1,040 Hours Of Management (Including Design Testing) And 3,280 Hours Of Supervision. This Is Shown In The Attached Calculation Sheet. The Agreement Is Entered Into For The Period Of 26 Months With An Option To Extend 2X 6 Months (See Also Section 2.4 Review Clause). The Option To Extend Is A One -Sided Option Of The Central Government Real Estate Agency. The Dates And/Or Duration Mentioned As Stated In The Contract Documents Are Leading. The Deployment On Projects 11029 (Transition) And 15722 (Bmi And Fiber Optic Network) Have A Duration Up To Mid -2026 And At The End Of 2026 Respectively. Your Average Bet Per Week Will Therefore Decrease Over Time.
