Bids Are Invited For Ifb/Con/Doa/2505-1250185/Central Passenger Terminal Complex (Cptc) Restroom Enhancements- Phase 2

The Department Of Aviation Is Seeking A Contractor To Complete Phase 2 Of The Central Passenger Terminal Complex Restroom Implementation And Enhancement Work. The Installation Includes Improvement For Staff Service Operations, Updated Finishes, Mep Components, And Re-Composition Of All Restroom Entries With A New Interior Façade, Modernize Existing Passenger-Accessible Restrooms And Family (All-Gender) Restrooms Throughout The Cptc. The Contractor Will Demolish Existing Areas, Including Partition Walls, Finishes, Ceilings, And Mep Components In Male And Female Restrooms, All-Gender Restrooms, And Janitor¿S Closets. Temporary Construction Walls Will Be Installed Around Project Sites To Protect Adjacent Areas And Maintain Their Operation During Construction. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Removal Of These Walls Without Causing Damage To Surrounding Finishes Or Structures. The Contractor Will Complete The Installation Of New Finishes, Including Flooring And Base, Wall And Ceiling Treatments, Toilet Partitions, Accessories, And Mep Components, Installation Of The New Façade Incorporating Restroom Entries, Janitor¿S Closets, And Drinking Fountain. The Enhancement Of The Restrooms Includes Updating Interior Finishes, Replacing Fixtures, Reconfiguring Layouts, And Expanding The Footprint By Extending Building Walls Beyond The Existing Exterior Wall Toward The Airfield Area. The Phase 2 Project Consists Of Six Restroom Pairs, Including Tn6, Tms3, An6, Cs2, Fms3, And It2.
