Tenders are invited for Gyumri Market and Culinary School, MEP and Structural Design Objectives: The Gyumri Market and Culinary School Project, funded by the EU and spearheaded by the Simonian Educational Foundation (TUMO Center for Creative Technologies), aims to develop infrastructure combining market commerce and culinary education. The project emphasizes sustainable building practices and low-carbon solutions, aiming to boost regional economic growth and development. This inclusive and multi-phased project will revitalize the market area by introducing a culinary school focusing on local and regional gastronomy, facilitating cultural exchange, and showcasing sustainable building practices. The desired outcome is an integrated market and educational facility serving as a model for environmentally-responsible architecture, enriching local crafts, and enhancing cultural tourism. Eligibility criteria: Participation in this tender is open to all natural persons who are nationals of, and legal persons established in, a Member State of the European Union or an eligible country as defined under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 236/2014. International organizations are also eligible to participate. Each tenderer may submit only one tender, either as an individual entity or as part of a consortium. Tenderers must ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical criteria outlined in the tender documents. They must not be subject to any of the exclusion situations as per the EUs practical guide. Subcontracting is permitted, but all partners in a tender consortium must comply with nationality rules and demonstrate the technical capabilities required. The contracting authority will base eligibility on criteria including nationality and establishment, and tenderers must provide the necessary documentation to verify this, such as identification forms and legal certifications in accordance with national laws.
