The Subject Of The Performance Of This Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Ddm Dragon No. 260 Hrádek Nad Nisou And The Extension To This Building, Which Is Located On Mr. No. 214 C. The Reconstruction Consists Of Building Modifications, A New Barrier -Free Main Entrance In The Connecting Neck Will Be Created, The Layout Will Be Left Without Intervention, Partial Construction Work Will Be Made. These Include The Replacement Of All Openings Fillings, Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Construction At The Soil Level, The Replacement Of Heating Technology And The Removal Of Moisture In The Basement. As Part Of The Interior Modifications, The Existing Teaching Kitchen Will Be Replaced And The Cleaning Chamber In The Basement Will Be Formed. The New Extension Is Situated To The Western Facade Of The Existing Villa And Connected At The Basement Level. The New Entrance In The Connecting Neck Will Then Replace The Original Entrance To The Existing Villa. The Compact Mass Of The New Two -Storey Extension Will Be Clipped From The South Side To The Existing Garage. From The Western Side, The Main Mass Will Be Complemented By A Single -Storey Warehouse. From An Urban Point Of View, The Construction Complements The Existing Development In Moskevská Street.
