Because:The Existing Emergency Generator (Eg) And Automatic Transfer Switch (Ats) At The Lake Facility, Which Support Critical Services Such As Heating, Electrical, And Water Distribution, Are Outdated. Replacement Parts Are No Longer Available, Necessitating A Full Replacement Of The Equipment.
