In The Absence Of The Consent Of The Entity With The Right To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Further Resale Of The Product Under A Different Name, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Undertakes To Properly Pack, Load And Deliver The Subject Of The Contract And Secure The Subject Of The Contract During Transport.
