1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Based On Its Basis For Construction Works For The Task Entitled Creation Of Municipal Nursery No. 3 In The Building At Ul. Strzelców Bytomskie 248A In Bytom. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Adapting A Part Of The Existing Kindergarten Building, For The Needs Of The Nursery In The Scope Of The Implemented Scope To The Current Technical And Building Regulations, Provisions Regarding Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements And The Requirements Of Fire Protection And Availability For Disabled People, While Meeting The Contracting Authorities Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting An Attachment To This Specification. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Design-Buduj System. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A 60 -Month Warranty And Warranty From The Day Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See: Part Xviii Swz). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code - All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As General Construction Works, Assembly, Installation And Other General Construction Works Listed In The Prejudice Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Not Required To Exercise. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor. The Above Is Used According To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Compliance And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contracting Authority Did Not Share The Procedure Into Parts, Because The Subject Of The Contract Is Limited To The Execution Of Construction Works On One Object. Individual Robots
