The Subject Of The Contract Is: Performing The Function Of A Supervision Inspector For The Task: Expansion Of The Intersection Of Voivodship Road No. 544 With A Municipal Road At 122+387 Km In Rogowo Płoniawa Bramura, Makowski Poviat - Procedure No. 181/251) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Part Iii Swz. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Copyright To Photographic And Film Documentation, Referred To In The General Terms Of The Contract For The Act Of Acting In The Investor Supervision Inspector. 3) In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Is Characterized By A Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. 4) Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Current Civil Liability Insurance (Civil Liability) For Damages Caused During The Contract For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 120.00. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer A Copy Of The Abovementioned Policies Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance, The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming The Possession Of Civil Liability Insurance In The Course Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Next Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties In The Amount Specified In The Contract. In The Absence Of Submitting The Policy Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract.
