3 The Order Will Be Carried Out In Four Tasks: Task 1: Delivery Utm, Along With Launch, Configuration And Implementation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 3.1. Talking 2: Delivery Of The Database Server To The Social Assistance Center, Along With Launch, Configuration, Data Migration And Implementation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex 3.2. 3: Supply Of Tape Drive For Backup Storage At The Office, Together With Reconfiguration And Expansion Of Your Back -Up System Using The Supplied Belt Library Device In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 3.3. Departing 4: Delivery 3.4.2. Additional Information: A) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Supplied In The Original Packaging. The Equipment Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The So -Called Refurbished .B) The Supplied Software Is To Be New, Unused, Previously Unsatisfied On Another Device, Supplied In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Manufacturer, Not Burdened With Rights For Third Parties. The Provided Software Is To Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. Ordering Party.F) In The Event Of Not Fulfilling The Duties Of The Warranty Obligations Of The Service Company, The Contractor Will Take Over All Obligations Related To The Service. 3. It Is Required To Attach The Following Means Of Evidence To The Offer: A) The List Of Offered Products In Terms Of Confirmation That The Offered Delivery Corresponds To The Requirements Specified In The Opz Constituting Annex Swz No. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4. The List Must Include A List Of Offered Products With Its Name, Type, Manufacturer, Model, Components Used And Their Parameters, B) Printout Of The Processor Test. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Evidence In Question Will Be Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Will Call For Them To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Set Period. 4. Any Own Names Used In Swz And In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Only Examples Of Products Desired By The Employer That Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Compatible With The Equipment And Software At The Sokoły Commune Office. The Contracting Authority Allows The Supply Of Equivalent Equipment, However, It Reserves The Right To Conduct Compatibility With Existing Hardware And Software.
