The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Covering The Construction Of A Small Sports And Recreation Infrastructure As Part Of The Modernization Of The 700Th Anniversary Park In Czernikowo, Plots Of Reference Number 400/12 And 401/11, In The Following Material Scope: • Construction Of The Kalisteniki Exercise Square, • Construction Of The Senior Activity Zone. 2. The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Abovementioned Scope In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled Modernization Of The 700Th Anniversary Park In Czernikowo, On The Basis Of Which The Employer Obtained A Building Permit (Decision No. Ab.6740.3.61.2024.Ek Of 26.11.2024). 3. The Location And Arrangement Of The Devices Are Presented In The Drawings Included In The Land Development Project (6 - Fig. No. U01 - Land Development Project) And Architectural And Construction Design (11 - Fig. No. A07 - Outdoor Gym To Kalisters - Distribution Of Elements I 12 - Fig. No. A08 - Senior Activity Zone - Distribution Of Elements). All Offered Devices Must Have Certificates Of Compliance With The Pn -En 16630 Standard - Equipment Of Outdoor Gyms Installed Permanently - Safety Requirements And Research Methods. 5. The Scope Of Works That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Preparation Of The Area For Construction, • Earthworks In The Scope Of Performing Excavations For Foundations, • Execution Of Foundations For Devices, • Delivery And Assembly Of Sets For Street Workout And External Gym Equipment According To The Parameters Specified In The Project Documentation, • Delivery And Assembly Of A Board With Regulations. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: • Geodetic Application Of The Target Position Of The Development Elements, • Organization Of The Construction Site, • Securing The Construction Site, • Execution Of Geodetic As -Built Documentation, • Ordering The Area After Completion Of Works. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Its Implementation Include: • Design Documentation Including The Land Use Project And Architectural And Construction Design, • Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), • Contract Template, • Premier Works-An Auxiliary Document. The Designated Design Documentation And Stwiorb Includes A Wider Scope Of Work Than Required By The Ordering Party, Defined In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract .8. The Bill Of Quantity Attached To Swz Is Only Informative. The Items Concluded In The Predecession Are To Be A Help In Calculating The Costs Of The Task, So They Are Only An Indication That Supports The Valuation.
