1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Called Modernization Of The Local Network Together With Ict Infrastructure In The Buildings Of The Municipal Office And The General Purpose Electrical Installation And Sap In The Building Of The Registry Office. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Facilities Of The Municipal Office At Ul. Ratuszowa 1 In Grudziądz, In Accordance With Decision No. Zn/11/2025 Of 9 January 2025 Issued By The Kuyavian -Pomeranian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments And Decision No. 44/2025 Of 26 March 2025 Of President Grudziądz Regarding The Building Permit, Constituting Attachments To The Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation Dedicated To The It Network, Including: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing Server Room; B) Adjustment Of The Room In The Granary For The Needs Of The New Server Room; C) Dismantling The Existing Electrical Power Supply Of Dedicated Computer Devices; D) Reconstruction Of Existing Electrical Switchgears; E) Making A New Electrical Installation Of The Power Supply Dedicated To Dedicated Computer Devices; F) Execution Of Electrical Power Sockets Of Computer Equipment; G) Utilization Of Materials From Demolition. 2) Modernization Of The Local Network Together With Ict Infrastructure, Including: A) Ict Cabinet Implementation And Installation; B) Retrofitting The Existing Ict Wardrobe; C) Disassembly Of The Wiring Of The Existing Local Network; D) Performing A New Wiring Of The Local Network With Nests Units; E) Utilization Of Demolition Materials. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.5. The Works Will Be Carried Out At An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Resulting Restrictions And The Need To Perform Additional Security, Including In Particular Conducting Works In Such A Way As To Not Pollute The Area Not Covered By Works And Not Disturb The Functioning Of The Office. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Construction Products In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And The Construction Law Approved For The Act Of 7 July 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418). Where In The Drawings In The Design Documentation The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Norms Was Indicated, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Ensure That They Provide Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Project Documentation. The Contractors Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions Will Take Place After Prior Informing And Obtaining The Consent Of The Employer. 7.
