4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Food Products To The School Canteen At The Primary School Karol Wojtyła In Piecka. 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Successive Delivery (Including Loading, Transport And Unloading) Of Food Products To The School Canteen Located In The Town Of Piecki, At Ul. Victory 23.4.3. The Contracting Authority Divided The Subject Of The Order Into 8 Parts, Separate For Each Type Of Products, Specified In The Code In The Common Dictionary Of Orders - Cpv. 4.4. Each Of The Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Subject Of A Separate Proceeding. In This Case, The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Selected Or Several Or All Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.5. Each Of The Indicated Part Of The Order Will Be Referred To As - Tasks.
