1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Transport And Management Of Waste With The Code Ex 20 01 99 - Ash From The Furnace. 2. The Place Of Collection Of Waste Is The Waste Development Plant Based In Olszów, At: Olszowa, Ul. Amber 55, 63-600 Kępno. 3. The Service Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Current Decisions Owned By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) And With All Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: A) The Waste Act Of 14.12.2012; B) By The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law. 4. The Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Transported And Then Developed In Installations Indicated By The Contractor Which: A) Have Valid Decisions For Conducting Waste Recovery Listed In Annex 1 To The Waste Act Of 14 December 2012 In The Scope Of Waste Code Ex 20 01 99 I/Or 20 01 99 (Other Not Mentioned Fractions Collected In The Manner Selective, Including The Use Of Ash From Households); B) Have The Decisions/Permits/Entries Required By Law/Entries To Relevant Registers Authorizing The Processing And Transport Of Waste With The Code Ex 20 01 99 And/Or 20 01 99 (Other Not Mentioned Fractions Collected In A Selective Manner, Including The Use Of Ash From Households); C) Have Administrative Permits/Decisions Enabling The Production Of The Product From Ex 20 01 99 Waste Collected From The Employer - Ash From Hearths; D) Have An Active Account In The Bdo Electronic System, Enabling The Performance Of Necessary Activities Related To The Waste Records (Confirmation Of Kpo).
