The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Purchase Of Hardware And Software, Specified In Attachments To Swz No. 2A (Applies To Part 1 Of The Order) And 2B (Applies To Part 2 Of The Order) Together With Its Delivery In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. With Transport, Unloading, Lodging, And Assembly. Installation Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready -To -Use Equipment. Mounting Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Equipment Manufacturers. 6. It Applies To Both Parts:- The Equipment And Software Supplied Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Not Burdened With The Rights Of Third Parties, The Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024.- The Equipment And Software Supplied Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel In The Eu. Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Security Signs. By The Manufacturer. The Contractor, At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It By Indicating The Dates And The Expected Hours Of Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment. 8. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - - Friday, In Hours Agreed With The Contracting Representative. 9. The Contract Also Includes All Examinations Of The Provided Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Necessary To Assess Their Proper Functioning, Including Connection And Launch (If Concerned).
