3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Sentence Entitled: The Creation Of The Emergency Room For Children For The Needs Of The Supra -Regional Childrens Oncology Center At The Clinical And Didactic Center At 251 Pomorska Street In Łódź For The Needs Of Sp Zoz Csk Um In Łódź. The Task Is Implemented Under Contract No. The Order Consists In Completing Construction Works, Obtaining Necessary Opinions, Arrangements With Appraisers, Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). The Execution Of The Contract Includes, In Particular:  Reconstruction Of Existing Rooms In The Functioning Hospital, Including Partial Demolition Of Partition Walls (No Interference In The Structural System). Making Holes In The Partition Walls, Placing Partition Walls,  Suspending To The Ceiling Of The Ceilings, Elements Of Ventilation Installations And Air Conditioning, Etc. (Point),  Reconstruction Partly Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation And Installation Installation Air Conditioning To Adapt To The New Wall System, If Necessary,  Reconstruction Of Plumbing And Heating Installations, Spray Installations,  Bringing Medical Gases To Research Rooms,  Installation Of The Newly Designed Woodwork And Door Locksmith,  Furniture Building Permanent Furniture - Reconstruction Of The Registration Counter,  Connectable Reconstruction With The General Part Of The Hospital Enabling The General Part Of The Hospital The Functioning Of Existing Branches, During Construction Works And Merger Of Construction Works In A Given Scope,  Preparation Of The Construction Site At The Hospital Together With The Traffic Organization, Temporary Roads, If Necessary, And After The Investment Is Completed, The Aesthetic Restoration Of The Original Condition Of The Hospital, After Which Construction Transport Took Place,  Export And Utilization Of Debris And Demolition Elements From Dismantling Construction Area, The Scope Of The Order Consists In Securing A Lower And Higher Floor Against Damage That May Result From The Reconstruction Process, And Necessary Reproductive, Coordination Works, Translations Of Existing Installations Resulting From The Reconstruction And Performance Of The Emergency Room For Children. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Necessary Installation Works, E.G. Bringing Adequate Electrical Power Supply, Performing The Necessary Installations For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility In Accordance With The Technological Requirements And The Standard Of The Object, Sanitary Requirements, Fire Requirements Described In Polish Standards, Ordinances, Construction Law (Electrics And Teletechnics, Computer Networks, Sap, Sanitary Installations Of Water And Water, C.O.
