1. The Subject Of The Task Is To Conduct Investor Supervision Over: 1) The Development Of Full-Branch Design Documentation (Verification Of Design Solutions And Control Of Compliance With Technical Projects And Construction Project) Including: Construction Of A Sports Hall With Cloakroom And Cloakroom Facilities, Construction Of Six Didactic Rooms, Implementation Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Development Of The Investment Area. Executive Documentation Includes The Implementation Of Stage I And Stage Ii Of The Investment. 2) Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Implementation Of Stage I Investment, In Accordance With The Division Specified In The Project Documentation. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction Of A Gym With Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities And A Boiler Room, Along With The Implementation Of The Following Installations: Electrical And Electricity, Photovoltaic, General And Emergency Lighting, Plug Sockets And Power Supply, Light-Day, Teletechnical, External Waterworks, External Sanitary Sewage. And Rainy, External Gas Installation, Internal Sanitary And Water Supply Sewage, Central Heating Installation, Gas Installation And Mechanical Ventilation System. Supervision Over The Stage Ii Of The Investment Is Excluded In The Scope Of This Procedure And Does Not Constitute The Subject Of The Contract. 2.
