Part I: Delivery Of Servers As Part Of The Cyber Service Local Government - Siewierz Commune) The Subject Of The Contract In Part I Includes The Supply Of Four Servers As Part Of The Cyber Service Local Government Project - Siewierz Commune.B) The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1A To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Which Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract With The Contractor. C) The Contractor Will Grant A 5 -Year Warranty For The Supplied Equipment. The Factory New Statement Should Be Understood In Originally Packaged Equipment (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Have The Protection Used By The Manufacturer). The Physical Defect Should Also Be Understood As Any Non -Compliance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Renewed, Demonstration Or Renewal Devices Are Not Allowed. E) The Elements From Which The Devices Are Built Must Be The Products Of The Device Manufacturer Or Be Certified By It And All Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. F) The Equipment Must Be Equipped With All Necessary For Its Operation And Ensuring The Required Functionality Of The Equipment, Standard Software Solutions Together With The Right To Useless Use By The Employer Of These Solutions In Such A Function, However, In Each Case Not Shorter Than The Time In Which It Will Be Technically Possible Use Of Equipment. Transferred By The Contractor Should Be In Accordance With Swz.I), All Offered Equipment Must Have One Point Of Warranty Repair Benefits .J) No Devices Are Allowed To Have A Legal Defect In The Scope Of The Origin Of The Equipment, Technical Support And Manufacturers Warranty. K) A Set Of Standard Documentation For The User In Polish Or English In Paper Or Electronic Form Must Be Supplied To Each Device. L) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Mark The Logs Of The Institution Subsidizing To The Extent Agreed With The Employer. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Delivering Stickers Containing The Logo With The Equipment For Self -Wrapping.
