1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Light Heating Oil To Educational Institutions In The Pionki Commune, I.E.) Of The Public Primary School In Augustów, B) Public Primary School In Czarna, C) Public Primary School In Laski, D) Public Primary School In Sucha, E) Public Primary School In Jaroszek, About 120,000 Liters2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Oil Supplied, Compared To The Quantities Specified In Point 1, Due To The Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Contracting Authoritys Demand In The Amount Of Oil Supply. In This Case, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Compensation Claims Against The Contracting Authority For Changing The Order. Settlement For Delivery Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Amount Of Oil Supplied. 3. Heating Oil Must Meet The Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Pn-C-96024: 2011 Standard For L-1, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Content Of Sulfur For Oils As Well As The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws 2016 42.6 Mj/Kg- Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M)- Density At 150C Temperatures Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3- Liquid Temperature Not Higher Than -200C- Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than 560C- Water Content Not Higher Than 200Mg/Kg- Kinematic Viscosity At 200C Not Higher Than 6 Mm2/S- Content Of Solid Pollution Not Higher Than 24 Mg/Kg- Fractional Composition To 2500C Distilns No More Than 65%(V/V)- Fractional Composition To 3500C Distilns No More Than 85%(V/V)- Red Color4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination, I.E. Tanks In Individual Facilities And Oil Unloading. Oil Supplies Will Be Successively Carried Out In Stages In Terms, Quantities And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Supply Of Heating Oil Will Take Place At The Settlement At A Reference Temperature Of 15 Degrees C.5. Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For The Transport Of Heating Oil, Having Appropriate Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With Necessary Devices For Trouble -Free Pumping Of Oil To The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. 6. Each Pumping Of The Oil To The Contracting Authoritys Tank Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of An Authorized Employee Of A Given School.
