The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Assembly Of Furniture, Equipment And Kitchen Equipment For The Needs Of The Kindergarten In Kryniczna As Part Of The Task: Task No. 1*: Delivery Together With The Assembly Of Furniture And Kitchen Appliances For The Needs Of The Kindergarten In Kryniczna, Including: 1) Basic Order (Guaranteed) Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) From Item 1 To Item 29.2) Order Covered By The Right Of Options (Article 441 Of The Act On Public Procurement Law; Non -Classified) Covering The Supply Of Devices Specified In Item 30 And Item 31 (Opz) (Hereinafter: Option). 3. Delivery Includes Transport To A Direct User, Bringing And Assembly (Installation) Of Furniture/ Kitchen Equipment/ Equipment As Well As All Other Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party, Specified In Swz And In This Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Deliveries Through The Courier Company. Shipments Sent Via A Courier Will Not Be Picked Up By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Provides Materials/Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, With Current Approvals And Certificates That Allow Their Use Of Educational And Care And Educational Institutions. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Subject Of The Contract For The Duration Of Transport And Bears Complete Responsibility For The Supply Of Equipment And Equipment. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Delivery Date/ Readiness To Start Assembly In Writing With (Email) To The Employer, At Least Two Days Before The Planned Delivery/ Assembly Date.
