1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquid Helium For The Needs Of The Institute Of Organic Chemistry Of The Faculty Of Lodz University Of Technology. 2) The Contractor Will Provide Transport Together With The Delivery To The Rooms Provided By The Employer. 3) The Employer Will Implement Deliveries As The Current Needs. The Demand Will Be Compatible To The Contractor, E-Mail. It Is For The Current Monitoring Of The Degree Of Contract Implementation, In Terms Of Contractual Contracts Covering The Assortment Specified In Annex 2 To Swz3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract And May Cover The Implementation Of The Order Of The Contract Covered By The Law Of The Option. 4. Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Containing A Description Of The Objective, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting The Salt Of 8 To Swz.
